Service is not available everywhere. Requesting a site survey does not guarantee service, site surveys are used as a tool to determine if service can be offered and what speeds will be offered.
A service technician will review this request and determine if service would be an option, you will be notified that a site survey has been ordered by email. Final site survey results will be sent to you via email they are valid for 60 days if an additional site survey is required beyond 60 days it will be billed at $100. Check your spam folder for any emails from us regarding your site survey.
We currently only cover locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Site surveys are only run between the hours of 8 am - 4 pm CST M-F.
